definition: to influence or to cause a result

definition:to be the result of a particular situation or feeling

definition:a confident state of mind, especially in a bad situation

Maria Franchino comes from Venezuela. She is a very kind girl. She likes to make friends with American students. Her roommate Jenny also is very kind. Jenny has a boyfriend, his name is Jack. She took Maria with her to go dinner with her boyfriend. Maria thought she was nice. However, at night, Maria has already gone sleep, Jenny took her boyfriend to their room. Maria did not sleep yet, she felt there not only Jenny. She knew someone go together with Jenny. After this case, Maria felt she can't be roommate with Jenny. In Maria's country, before married, men and women can't sleep together. Maria can't endure it.And then she met a girl that comes from the same country with her. Her name is Elena. After that night, Maria decided to move out and moved to the place that Elena lived.

Which one do you like to join?

I like to join Delta Tau Chi House because it will make me feel comfortable. They will not look down on somebody. I can do everything in it and don't have the restraint. I will not be devided to the person who was not popularity. We are equal in this house.

What happened in 10 minutes?

There are two freshmen, Larry and Kent, they are friends. They wanted to join the fraternity in the college. First they tried to join the Omega Theta Pi House, but in this fraternity's people looked down on them and didn't accept them. Then they went to the Delta Tau Chi House and be accepted. They are very happy.

Chapter 9 report

Igor is a very good university student in United States. He comes from Moscow. He has already studied in the university two years and now is his third year. He needs to write a 25 pages research in his American Presidency course before May 1. He is very worried about this research because he doesn't know how to write it and also he doesn't want to write it. He talks about his situation to his friend George. George told Igor that he can help him to write it and Igor just need to pay $50. Igor can't resist George's lure and then decide to let him to write his research. After Igor handed his reseach in to the professor, the professor knew this research was not written by Igor. Then he called Igor to his office to discuss this thing.

Chapter 4 reaction

I think ride a bike to school is a good idea. I agree with this solution because it is the cheapest vehicle. It doesn't need gas and insurance. It can help me to get health and does the exercise every day. It saves energy and protect environment. He can save the time and help him doesn't later again.
